VODI is currently part of the coation of health care leaders that have come together with the goal of developing a common set of measures that would demonstrate the impact of services provided to the targeted uninsured population in each community.  The project is titled NAOMI - National Access Outcomes Measures Initiative.

Sponsored by Ascension Health, NAOMI, is committed to help collaborative communities in their outcomes.  Access coalitions will be able to use this data to garner community support for their programs, develop sustainable funding sources, initiate quality improvement activities, create best practice standards and benchmark themselves against like communities.
