Providers need to call patients to remind them of a scheduled appointment, follow-up on the status of their treatment, ensure the patient is taking their medication, determine if they have followed their ER visit with a visit to the appropriate clinic or to see how they are doing following surgery. Providers also need to be able to create their own outreach campaigns on a real-time basis, and need to be able to see a report on the results from their outreach campaigns without having to maintain technical staff dedicated to managing information flow.
Telephone campaigns can be produced to create a variety of patient outreach programs. The system can both generate outbound calls as well as handle incoming call traffic. Inbound or outbound calls can be automatically connected to a live support person when circumstances dictate.
Patients can be contacted to help ensure compliance with their treatment regimen; remind them of their appointment(s); provide access to health care professionals; record clinical measures; and, gather feedback on treatment programs. The data gathered by our IVR system will be stored in the MSSQL database and used to generate appropriate reports.
